Pipeline 3:16 (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by MNN ACADEMY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16323708, with its registered office at Accrida, Regus House, Admirals Park, Victory Way, Dartford, United Kingdom, DA2 6QD. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Pipeline 3:16 website and application, why, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

3.1 Account data — email address, password (stored securely, never accessible to us in plain text), full name/job title/industry (optional).

3.2 Pipeline data — when you use Pipeline 3:16, you enter information about your own sales prospects and deals: company names, contact names, deal values, notes, and next steps. This data belongs to you. We process it on your instructions, as your data processor, so Pipeline 3:16 can display it back to you and generate AI-assisted coaching content from it. If the prospects you enter are individuals, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold their data yourself; we store and process it on your behalf. When you tap Dictate, your browser’s own speech recognition service may process the audio (for example Google in Chrome, Microsoft in Edge, Apple in Safari); Pipeline 3:16 stores only the resulting text.

3.3 Payment data — payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive, see, or store your card details — only your subscription status, billing email, and transaction history.

3.4 Contact and enquiry data — name, email, subject, and message when you use our contact form.

3.5 Marketing data — your email address if you sign up for our free pipeline audit checklist or otherwise opt in to hear from us. You can unsubscribe anytime.

We use the following sub-processors, each receiving only what’s necessary for their function:

• Supabase (authentication + database hosting, EU region) — stores your account and pipeline data.
• Stripe (payment processing) — handles payment and billing; we never see your full card number.
• Anthropic (AI generation) — receives the relevant deal’s data per request, to generate that specific piece of coaching content. Not used to train Anthropic’s models under their standard API terms.
• MailerLite (email delivery) — sends marketing emails you’ve opted into and manages unsubscribes.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Some sub-processors (including Anthropic) may process data outside the UK/EEA, including the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

We keep your account and pipeline data while your account is active. Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes your profile, pipeline data, and associated records — any active subscription is cancelled first, then everything is deleted. We may retain minimal records (e.g. transaction records) longer where legally required, such as for tax purposes.

Under UK GDPR you can: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure (or do it yourself instantly via Settings), restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe we’ve mishandled your data.

Access to your data is restricted at the database level so only you can read or write your own records. Payment details never touch our servers. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Pipeline 3:16 is intended for working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We’ll update the effective date above when this policy changes, and communicate material changes to active users.
