Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pipeline 3:16, operated by MNN ACADEMY LTD (“we”, “us”). Creating an account means you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 and using Pipeline 3:16 for professional/business purposes.

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Pipeline 3:16 is a sales pipeline management tool with AI-assisted coaching features (deal qualification analysis, prospect re-engagement drafting, pipeline summaries) generated via third-party AI models. AI-generated content is a suggestion and starting point — you’re responsible for reviewing it and for your own communications with prospects. We don’t guarantee any particular sales outcome.

Free — £0/month (3 active deals) · Practitioner — £37/month · Elite — £119/month. Prices shown in GBP and may change with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscribing authorises us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancel anytime via the Customer Portal in Settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period — cancelling doesn’t cut you off immediately, and we don’t offer partial refunds for a period already paid for, except where required by law.

If you’re a UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of starting a subscription under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Because Pipeline 3:16 is a digital service usable immediately, this right ends once you’ve begun using the service with your agreement, per the digital content exception in those regulations.

Don’t: attempt to breach the service’s security; use the resurrection/messaging features to send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content; scrape or resell access; use automated means to abuse the AI features beyond fair individual use.

You own the pipeline data you enter. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service. We own the Pipeline 3:16 platform, software, design, and branding.

Pipeline 3:16 relies on Stripe, Supabase, and Anthropic to operate. We aren’t liable for outages or failures of these services outside our reasonable control.

Pipeline 3:16 is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate — always use your own judgement before sending anything to a real prospect.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or commission.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You can close your account anytime.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; disputes are handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
